The Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Clues Internet Limited harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees asserted against Clues Internet Limited, its agents, its upstream providers, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by the Customer, its agents, employees or assigns. The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Clues Internet Limited against liabilities arising out of but not limited to (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products or services sold, or otherwise distributed, in connection with our servers; (2) any material supplied by the Customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights or copyright of a third party; (3) any defective products or services sold through websites hosted on our servers.

ADVICE FOR WEBSITE VISITORS

We recommend that visitors to any website hosted on our servers exercise precaution, and take legal advice if in any doubt, before entering into any binding contract with our Customers or their associates via their websites, particularly in the case of but not limited to multi-level marketing or 'get-rich-quick' schemes. Clues Internet Limited in no way endorses any product or service offered, opinion held, statement made or impression given, by any of its Customers or their associates, and will not be held responsible for the mis-delivery or non-delivery of products or services offered by its Customers or their associates.
